I started VirtuaLease, LLC in 2000 to offer economical software tools for real estate professionals who manage leases. With over 20 years of property, facility and lease management, I have used a variety of software programs, many of them excellent programs...but also very expensive for smaller lease portfolios. I have incorporated a number of features which help organize and track your lease information in a Microsoft Excel based program that is easy to learn.

Our customer types include banks, retailers, manufactures, distributors, non-profits, etc. Their portfolios consist of leases for office, retail, warehouses, land and range from a dozen to tens to hundred of leases.
